I don't believe this essentially makes sense, because if it doesn't require a notary to affix their seal, and all They are performing is signing and filling their role as an authorized agent, than any person can sign as the authorized rep, not just a notary. How will the corporation are aware that a notary signed it and not simply any person else.H
